One primary objective of a new league management system is to have all people... playing in, interested in, subbing in, banned from the NAHL (et al)... in one master database. This is what the interim Zoho database was for and once we get LA loaded, Zoho can be put to rest. Paul - can you make the arrangements? ;-) The goal is to keep this database as up-to-date as possible. Initially, only officers will have the ability to maintain the member database. This may be expanded to some or all committee members in the future as the need arises.
Edit a Person in the Database
To edit one specific person...
click the orange "Admin" link in the top-right corner; the Admin bar will drop down
mouse-over "Members" and select "Lookup Members"
the cursor is homed to the Last Name field; enter the last name (or the first few letters of the last name) and press the blue Find Members button at the bottom of the page
edit the person's record as needed and press the blue Submit button at the bottom of the page
As you can see, this page provides many filters for narrowing your search in the event you need to edit a group of people.
Add New Person to the Database
IMPORTANT! Before adding a new person to the database, make sure he is not already in the database by using the Lookup process described in the Edit instructions above!
To add a new person to the database...
sign in
click the orange "Admin" link in the top-right corner; the Admin bar will drop down
mouse-over "Members" and select "Add Member"

ID (i.e. USAH #); notice you can check the validity of his USAH # right here - cool, eh?

Rating (from 1 to 255)
Teams tab
from the Team drop-down list, select the logical choice; when adding new members, they will most typically, initially go on to the Goalie Sub, Skater Sub or Candidate "teams"
